About

Pelvic Floor Therapy Designed for Real Life

Allison DeMaria, OTR/L is the owner of Living Free Pelvic Health and an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy, offering personalized care through telehealth. She works with active women across the lifespan experiencing challenges such as postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, urinary leakage, and difficulty returning to exercise. With over 15 years of clinical experience across rehab hospitals, home care, assisted living, and outpatient settings, Allison takes a compassionate, whole-person approach to care. She integrates trauma-sensitive, nervous system–supportive techniques with movement-based therapy—all delivered from the comfort and privacy of your home. A former ballet dancer and longtime practitioner of yoga, Pilates, and barre, Allison brings a deep understanding of body awareness and functional movement into her work. As a mother of three, she has personally navigated postpartum recovery and returning to exercise—shaping her empathetic, real-life approach to care. Allison is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies again through individualized, evidence-based pelvic floor therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family and their golden retriever, Rigby. If you're dealing with pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum healing, or core concerns—you’re in the right place. Not sure where to start?
